The RPA came to Blitz with a specific goal in mind: to make the form that farmers fill in to apply for EU subsidies friendlier. The e-version of the form is a massively complex construction that is almost as difficult to fill in as it was to program. The RPA wanted a friendlier interface for the CD that the form comes on to reduce calls to their helpline.

We produced a friendly, inviting design for the CD and packaging as well as providing their help files in an easy-to-use interface.
